The General tab

The General tab of the Impact Manager Info dialog box is displayed. This tab displays information about the cell property data such as the cell name, description, release and build versions, service address, port number, and platform information.

In a high availability (HA) environment, use the General tab to determine whether the server is one of a failover server pair. You can also learn whether the primary server or the secondary server is active. The following fields provide you with the required information.

• Currently Active Server—Displays the active server and indicates whether it is a primary or secondary server. 
• Server Mode—Indicates whether the currently active server is active or in standby mode.

The General tab also provides you information about the IP address and ports for the primary and secondary cell servers.
