Accessing the operator console

You access many of the BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management product features from the operator console. The operator console is a web-based component that is installed on the Infrastructure Management Server. You can access the operator console from any supported web browser. For information about supported browser versions, see Supported-databases-and-Web-consoles-requirements-for-Infrastructure-Management.

Note

Avoid multiple logons using the same browser, user name, and password, and launching different tabs within the same browser, because doing so might result in no data being returned or other unpredictable results.
