Access control considerations
You as an administrator can connect IBRSD to BMC Remedy Service Desk. For more information on required permissions, see Prerequisites-for-installing-the-Integration-for-BMC-Remedy-Service-Desk-integration-module.
You can connect IBRSD to the AR System server using the internal user name Remedy Application Service, if you do not want to dedicate a separate user for IBRSD.
