Configuring the Triage and Remediation solution


The Triage and Remediation Solution integrates the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) and the Infrastructure Management systems, using BMC Atrium Orchestrator as the enabling technology. To implement the solution, complete the configuration tasks listed in the following table.

Prior to performing the tasks on this page, you must have installed the mandatory components, as described in Installing the Triage and Remediation solution in the deployment documentation.
