Custom Graph

Graph-based reports provide an option to create a report equivalent to the current custom graph generator. The graph types supported are Line, X - Y correlation, Pie, and Area.  The inputs for Graph-based reports are collected through a reports input wizard.

The following table lists attributes specific to the Custom Graph report that must be entered along with the common attributes.

Description

Graph Type

Select the type of the graph from the list. For more information, see Common report attributes.

Add Attributes

Click Add. The Select Instances for Line Graph screen opens. Select a group filter, and monitor type, and click Next. The Monitor Instance to be graphed option opens. Select an instance and click Apply.

Selected Attributes

Selected attributes are displayed in Selected Attributes.
Click Clear to discard the selected attribute.

Schedule

The period corresponding to which the data considered for Report generation. For more information, see Common report attributes.

Show More Info

Select this option to display more information about the graph.

Data to be used

Select Condensed Data or Raw Data. For more information, see Common report attributes.

Sub Report Title

Enter the title of the subreport. For more information, see Common report attributes.

Add Sub Report

Append subreports to the Added Sub Report section. For more information, see Common report attribut

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
