Restoring original SSL certificates for Integration Service

As a consequence of the upgrade, your SSL certificates are overwritten by the new certificates. After the upgrade is complete, you must manually copy your backup copy of the original SSL certificate to the appropriate keystore file in the following folder:

  • (Microsoft Windows) installationDirectory\pw\pronto\conf
  • (Solaris or Linux) installationDirectory/pw/pronto/conf

If you have upgraded the BMC  ProactiveNet Server to BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server but are maintaining Integration Service instance, copy the pnagent.ks and pnagenthttps.ks keystore files from the installationDirectoryOfTSIMServer\pw\pronto\conf directory to the installationDirectoryofIntegrationService\pw\pronto\conf directory.
