Top 10 Processes differ from those generated from command  line

Top processes generated from Detailed Diagnostics do not match with the processes that were generated from a command line.

CPU percentages are highly time-sensitive, which can cause the output of the Detailed Diagnostics Top 10 Processes to differ from those generated from a command-line utility, even if the processes have the same time-stamp.

No action is required.
