Event rules cannot run Detailed Diagnostic commands

Using event rules to run Detailed Diagnostic commands fails.

You cannot use an event rule to run Detailed Diagnostics commands that have a number or special character at the beginning of the name.

Therefore, do not use an event rule to run these commands.
