Event actions are not displayed when editing a rule

When you edit a rule, the event actions are not displayed.

When a rule is created, all available diagnostics are displayed until you add a threshold. At that point, the list is filtered based on the monitor types selected as thresholds. If those monitor types are not chosen for the diagnostic, the diagnostic is not displayed in the list. This scenario is similar when you edit a rule.

No action is required.
