Diagnosing performance issues

If you are experiencing performance issues, the Performance Diagnostics option in the operator console can help you to diagnose the issue. Only users with privileged access can access this option.

To access the Performance Diagnostics option

  1. Click Options > Administration.
  2. To view performance and diagnostics information about the server, at the bottom of the screen, click View next to the Performance Diagnostics option.

Note

On Microsoft Windows, the Performance Diagnostic page can take six minutes or more to load. When the page has completely loaded, an email icon is displayed in the top-right corner.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
