Integrating with BMC IT Service Management Suite


Infrastructure Management is an integral part of a proactive incident management solution that detects issues that may ultimately affect services. When Infrastructure Management detects an abnormality that requires attention, it automatically generates an incident ticket with diagnostic, impact, and root cause information, proactively alerting the service desk to problems before they cause a disruption in service.
