Viewing computer system CIs

Computer system configuration items (CIs) that are published to the cell from BMC Atrium CMDB are displayed as devices in the administrator console. 
 In the administrator console, you can view the computer system devices under the Root > Device > Server folder, as shown in the following figure

You cannot edit devices that are synced from the BMC Atrium CMDB in the administrator console.

The following table lists the device icons in the administrator console:

Note

Devices that are created by the VMware and PATROL adapters, and published through BMC Atrium CMDB, do not display icons as CMDB-synchronized devices.
