Installing Triage and Remediation Solution


This topic describes the installation process and configuration procedures required to implement the remediation solution. This topic is intended for data center technical personnel who are responsible for setting up the Triage and Remediation Solution.

To use the Triage and Remediation Solution, ensure that the correct prerequisite products and versions have been installed and are operational as listed in the System Requirements and Product Compatibility document on the Customer Support website at http://www.bmc.com/support_home.
