Manually switching the Infrastructure Management application to the secondary server

If you want to switch the Infrastructure Management application to the secondary server in the cluster, you can switch manually by using the following command:
clresourcegroup switch [-n node] resource_group

  • -node specifies the name of the server on which the resource group is to be switched.

    Note

The Infrastructure Management application switches to the next available secondary server if you do not specify the -node.

  • resource_group specifies the name of the resource group of the node to which you are switching.

    For example:
    clresourcegroup switch -n atlantic pnbmc_rg

This command switches the Infrastructure Management application to the standby node, atlantic, from the primary node in the pnbmc_rg resource group.
