MIB publishing component overview

The MIB publishing process is done either with the web based SACM (SNMP Adapter Configuration Manager) or the mib2map CLI. These use the vendor MIBs provided by the providers of the traps and the MIBs BMC supplies with the product.

Each MIB is processed and each trap type within the MIB is converted into mapping and DAT files and the classes are built into the two baroc files.
