kbversion/1—retrieve global Knowledge Base module version  information

The kbversion/1 function retrieves global Knowledge Base module version  information. The syntax for this function is as follows:

kbversion($VERSION)
$VERSION=kbversion()

KB module version information

Use kbversion/1 to obtain the version information for the global KB module and return the version in $VERSION.

If no version information is available, an empty string is returned.
