Reloading configuration of a cell
The cell does not automatically reconfigure itself, but you can customize and reload the configuration after you have made configuration changes without restarting the cell.
To reload cell configuration
To trigger the reconfiguration, perform one of the following actions:
- Send a hang-up signal on UNIX.
- Run the mcontrol command on UNIX, Linux, or Windows. For information about the mcontrol command, see mcontrol.
The following table lists the specific instances in which the reconfigure feature can be used and the effect that results from its use.
