Navigating the Infrastructure Management interface


To access the Infrastructure Management interface, in the Administration tab of the Administration Console, select the Infrastructure Management tab, represented by the wrench icon: WorkingInfrastructureManagement.fm-12.gif

In the Class list, select All if it is not already displayed.

Click Find to open the list of logical groupings and registered components in your infrastructure.

Logical groupings and registered components are depicted by the following icons:

Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk

Select the BPPM infrastructure grouping, which contains the default infrastructure model, and drag-and-drop it onto the graph viewing area. To display the service model vertically, click the Orientation icon:
