Creating a topic exchange

To create a topic exchange in RabbitMQ:

  1. Log in to the RabbitMQ  management console.
  2. On the Home page, click the Exchanges tab.
  3. In the Exchanges page, click Add a new exchange.
  4. Enter the details of the exchange. In the Type list, select topic.

  5. Click Add exchange.

A topic exchange is created in RabbitMQ.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
