pw system status
The pw system status command provides a view of all Infrastructure Management processes that are required to be running for the system to function properly.
The command format is as follows:
pw system status
The following is an example of the pw server process list.

Possible return errors
- pw agent start|stop|status is displayed. You are logged in to the local agent instead of BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server.
Resolution: Log into the correct computer and try again. - Command not found is displayed. You are logged in to a server that has neither BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server nor local agent installed
Resolution: Log in to the correct computer and try again.
The process list shows the condition of BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server processes.
Possible display errors
Processes not running properly are denoted by: (961 > max 1), and processes not running at all are denoted by (!Not Running!).

If there are any errors, enter the following command to restart processes and clear the errors:
pw system start
Enter the following command again:
pw system status
If errors persists, contact BMC technical support for assistance.
