pw internaluser
After you change the password for the bppmws_internal user account in Remedy Single Sign-On, run the pw internaluser command to update the password on the Infrastructure Management server.
Usage:
pw internaluser change_passwd
To update the password for the bppmws_internal user account
Log into Remedy SSO as an Admin user.
- Change the password of the bppmws_internal user account.
- Open a command prompt on the Infrastructure Management server and run the following command:
pw internaluser change_passwd - Enter the new password.
The new password is validated with Remedy SSO and then updated. - Restart the Infrastructure Management server.
