Accessing the console
This topic explains how to access the BMC TrueSight IT Data Analytics (or IT Data Analytics) console.

Depending on your platform, start the product in a supported browser, as described in the following table:

Use one of the following options:
| Go to http://hostName:port/console/. |
The hostName:port variable refers to the host name and corresponding port number of the Console Server. For information about supported ports, see Communication ports and protocols.
After starting the product, access the product console, by using one of the following default credentials (based on your role) or by using the credentials provided by the Super Admin.
