enablesso CLI command


Use this command to integrate the TrueSight IT Data Analytics server with the Remedy Single Sign-On server.

 

Syntax

Note

Before you run the command, note the following points:

enablesso -d <FQDN of ITDA server> -l [locale] -p <ITDA Server port> -s [Protocol to connect with IT Data Analytics] -sd <rsso host FQDN> -sp <RSSO port> -ss [RSSO protocol] -sw <RSSO superuserpassword> -tenant [tenant name in RSSO] -tsps <FQDN of server where TSPS is installed> -ts[Protocol to connect with TSPS] -u <ITDA username> -w <ITDA password>
  • Angle brackets (< >) indicate a variable value that needs to be user defined.
  • Square brackets ([ ]) indicate optional parameters.

The following table describes the parameters used in the syntax:

If there is a failure in the execution of the enablesso CLI command, a backup of the olaengineCustomConfig.property file is created in the location ITDA Installation Directory>\custom\bkp_conf\.

Example inputs

The following example provides the input for enabling Remedy Single Sign-On:

enablesso -d clm-pun-02115.bmc.com -p 9797 -sd clm-02778.bmc.com -sp 8080 -ss http|https(default) -sw RSSO#Admin# -tsps clm-pun-02445.bmc.com -ts http|https(default) –u admin –w admin12345 –pt 443
