Managing roles


User authorization is enabled based on this role and user group association. For more information, see Authenticating-users-with-Remedy-Single-Sign-On-or-IT-Data-Analytics.

The Roles tab allows you to edit roles and assign user groups as explained in the following sections:

The Roles tab allows you to manage role and user group associations. To access this tab, navigate to Administration > Roles. From here, you can perform the following actions:

To edit a role, on the Administration > Roles tab, click Edit Role, provide the following information, and click Update.
