Added new issues to the list of known and resolved issues

January 16, 2013: The following product defects have been found:

• TS-17696: In the Global Application Delivery dashlet, you cannot drill down to view session information from Metro Areas.
• TS-17814: Upgrading to this version causes the trafficstatus command in the CLI to return meaningless results. Workaround: Wait 24 hours, or contact BMC Customer Support

The following product defect has been resolved:

• TS-17715: The system inaccurately reported exceeded page Service Level Thresholds for Network Time when end users accessed your application using the Internet Explorer 9 web browser.
