This section contains information about documentation updates for the BMC TrueSight End User Monitor 4200 Series product that are not related to urgent issues, maintenance releases, service packs, or patches.
Added new issues to the list of known and resolved issues
January 16, 2013: The following product defects have been found:
- TS-17696: In the Global Application Delivery dashlet, you cannot drill down to view session information from Metro Areas.
- TS-17814: Upgrading to this version causes the trafficstatus command in the CLI to return meaningless results. Workaround: Wait 24 hours, or contact BMC Customer Support
The following product defect has been resolved:
- TS-17715: The system inaccurately reported exceeded page Service Level Thresholds for Network Time when end users accessed your application using the Internet Explorer 9 web browser.
