Corrected issues

The following issues have been corrected in this service pack:

TS-17091	Some licenses showed a revision date in the future.
TS-17417	The system did not support all versions of the cryptographic protocol Transport Layer Security (TLS).
TS-17456	When the system showed an error message after experiencing an "un-recoverable corruption," rebooting the system automatically restored the default configuration.
TS-17497	Under certain circumstances, the system counted archived Watchpoints towards the total number of active Watchpoints permitted at a given time.
TS-17502	The system leaked memory when SSL decompression calls failed.
TS-17523	The system applied inclusion/exclusion policies to VLAN-tagged traffic data, causing apparently unexplained traffic data loss.
