Viewing report groups and report results
The Reports tab in the TrueSight Capacity Optimization console enables you to browse stored reports and run queries on the performance and load of existing domains. All reports created in the Workspace appear in this tab, only if they are explicitly published. For more information, see Creating-reports-and-report-templates.
The navigation tree in the Reports tab reflects the definition and nesting of report groups. A group is represented as a folder in the navigation tree and can contain other groups, as well as reports that are represented as leaves, with a different icon. The structure of the reports tree is managed by the TrueSight Capacity Optimization administrator.
To view report groups
To open a report group, navigate to Reports > All Reports, locate and expand the corresponding node in the navigation tree, or click on its name in the summary table.

The Name column contains the names of all the reports.
The Last result column contains several clickable icons linked to the latest saved report, one for each available format, for example, HTML, PDF, PDF, DOC, PPT, and XLS. When you hover over each format listed, the filename, file type and file size are displayed in the tooltip. The file size in the tooltip helps you to quickly check the validity of the report by comparing it to the daily file size, without having to download it, and also to determine whether you want to download the file or not.
When you download the report in any format, it has the date and time when the report was last executed.
The Alerts column may contain a red, green or yellow alert semaphore. For more information, see Configuring-and-managing-Optimizer-rules.
The Notes column contains optional notes for each report. Clicking on the icon you can view and edit the note, choosing a status and typing a description. A history for notes is also available.
Viewing and editing a report note
To view report results
You can view a report by accessing its detail page. To do so, click on the report name in the navigation tree or in the report group summary table.
The Results table lists all previous report results, including generation date and clickable icons to download the report in the available formats. When you hover over each format listed, filename, file type and file size are displayed in the tooltip. The file size in the tooltip helps you to quickly check the validity of the report by comparing it to the daily file size, without having to download it, and also to determine whether you want to download the file or not. When you download the report in any format, it has the date and time when the report was last executed.
It also allows you to delete an old report clicking Delete this result.
You can run the report clicking Run report now. You can also choose not to publish this report in the Reports section anymore by clicking Unpublish.
