Bookmarks

This topic describes how you can bookmark content in the BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization console. For more information, see the following sections:

Overview

BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization enables you to bookmark content that you use frequently or want to be easily accessible for quick reference.

You can:

  • Bookmark analyses, models, views, reports, systems details, business drivers, reservations, and domains.
  • Edit and manage saved bookmarks.
  • Easily share bookmarks with other users via email, increasing user collaboration.

When you log on to the BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization console, the Welcome page of the Home tab displays saved bookmarks on the right, under Recent bookmarks. The bookmarks are grouped as Private bookmarks and Public bookmarks. Private bookmarks are based on user login. Public bookmarks are visible to all users. A maximum of 10 bookmarks are displayed for each group, in a descending order of when they were accessed, with the most recently accessed bookmark listed on top.
