Upgrading Remedy SSO in the standalone mode using the wizard
Where you are in the Upgrade process
Use this topic to upgrade Remedy SSO (TrueSight Installer) to the current version using the wizard-based installer. The installer for Remedy SSO automatically creates a backup directory during the upgrade process. You can locate the backup files and folders at <TrueSightRSSO_Install_dir>\TrueSightRSSO11.3.01.
To upgrade Remedy SSO using the wizard

- Ensure that the Remedy SSO service is up and running. For more information about starting Remedy SSO, Starting-and-stopping-the-Remedy-SSO-and-Presentation-Server-components.
- If you have changed the database password of the earlier version of Remedy SSO, do the following:

- Select Yes to accept the Upgrade Confirmation and click Next.

- Click Install to start the upgrade.The installation may take up to 15 minutes.

- (Optional) If you have changed the Remedy SSO to the HTTP mode before upgrade, edit the web.xml file.
