Migrating to Remedy SSO
Refer to this topic if you are upgrading TrueSight Capacity Optimization from a version earlier than 11.0.
From version 11.0, TrueSight Capacity Optimization supports only Remedy Single Sign-On as the authentication system. Remedy SSO allows users to present credentials only once for authentication, and subsequently be automatically authenticated by every BMC product that is integrated into the system.
After you upgrade the product components, you must perform the necessary steps to configure your authentication type in Remedy SSO.
