Technical bulletin — Announcing a license update for TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform

If you are using TrueSight Smart Reporting with TrueSight Capacity Optimization for advanced reporting, review this notification related to the license expiry of TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.

This notification applies to the 19.02 and later versions of the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform license, which expires on January 31, 2021.

TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform stops working when the license expires. To resolve this issue, renew your license as described below. 

You can renew the license immediately without waiting for it to expire.

Do the following:

  1. Download the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform license file from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website.

  2. Log in to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform by using the following details:
    1. In the Log In As field, select TrueSight Smart Reporting – Platform – Admin.
    2. Use the administrator login credentials.
    3. Log in to the Default organization.
  3. Navigate to Administration > Admin Console and click License Management.
  4. Expand Upload License and click Browse to select the license file that you downloaded.
  5. Click Preview to verify the new license information and click Submit.
