Support for BMC Helix Continuous Optimization agents and Gateway Server
Downloading the installation files from the BMC EPD website
To access the EPD website, you must provide your BMC Support credentials. You must be licensed for the product to access the download page. You may be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
Use the following EPD link to access the installation files on the EPD website.

From the EPD page, click the Patches folder and download the installation files for your platform.
