Uninstalling

If you are uninstalling the entire TrueSight Capacity Optimization product, the order of the components does not matter. If you are uninstalling selected components, then follow this order:

  1. Capacity Agent
  2. Gateway Server
  3. Additional ETL Engines, if any
  4. Application Server and ETL Engine 
  5. Presentation Server
  6. Remedy Single Sign-On

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
