Viewing the Space Report for the data warehouse

Overview
The Space Report page displays information about the disk space of each tablespace used by TrueSight Capacity Optimization. To access this page:
- Navigate to Administration > DATA WAREHOUSE > Status.
- In the Space section, click the Space Report link.
The Space Report page is displayed. The following image shows an example of the Space Report page.
Viewing the Tablespaces table
The Tablespaces table displays information about the disk space of each tablespace used by TrueSight Capacity Optimization. A regularly run task takes snapshots of each tablespace usage. These snapshots are used to compute the information in the columns. The following kinds of information is shown for each tablespace:

Space Limit [GB] | Amount of space allocated to the tablespace, in GB. It is the sum of Free Space and Used Space. |
Free Space [GB] | Amount of free space from the Allocated Space for that tablespace, measured in GB. |
Used Space [GB] | Amount of used space from the Allocated Space for that tablespace, measured in GB. |
Avg Used Space [GB] | Average amount of used space from the Allocated Space for that tablespace, over the last 30 snapshots, measured in GB. |
Max Used Space [GB] | Highest amount of space used from the Allocated Space for that tablespace, over the last 30 snapshots, measured in GB. |
Week Trend [GB] | Increase in space usage over a week, measured in GB. Each "trend" value is the difference between Avg Used Space of today and the Avg Used Space snapshot of a week ago. |
Month Trend [GB] | Increase in space usage over a month, measured in GB. Each "trend" value is the difference between Avg Used Space of today and the Avg Used Space snapshot of a month ago. |

Ext. days To Saturation | Displays how long it would take to run out of the remaining Free Space, given the current Week Trend. It is computed only when Week Trend is greater than zero. It is the linear intercept using the Week Trend value over the Free Space, that is, Free Space value divided by Week Trend value, times 7. |
AutoExtensible | Denotes whether the tablespace is in an auto-extend mode. |
Table-related disk space information
More tables show different disk space information, as follows:
- Business Driver Data Tables: Space occupation of business driver-related tables
- System Data Tables: Space occupation of system-related tables
- Buffer Tables: Space occupation of buffer tables, that is, custom tables typically used by ETL tasks for decoding purposes
- ER Tables: Space occupation of enterprise report tables
- Top Partitions: Space occupation of the biggest table partitions
