Cannot upgrade App Visibility 10.5 server components to 10.7 in an HA environment on Linux

This issue is resolved by 10-7-00-001-Fix-Pack-1.

BMC Software is alerting users of a problem with upgrading on Linux systems in a high-availability (HA) environment from version 10.5 to version 10.7 of the App Visibility portal and App Visibility collector components. The component upgrade utility cannot read the status of the active node and does not start the upgrade process.

Issue number TOM-35177

BMC will include a fix for this issue in an upcoming fix pack. Linux users in an HA environment must wait for the fix pack before upgrading to 10.7.
