Notifying users of recent hotfix (Hotfix 5) for Silk Performer 19.5 release

BMC Software is notifying users that a new Hotfix 5 has been released for Silk Performer 19.5. If you have AJAX/BDM scripts configured and running in your environment or if the Synthetic TEA Agent stops executing all transactions then you must update your Silk Performer 19.5 with this latest hotfix.
