Command-line interface
Although you routinely use the web interface of the Application Management console (Console), the CLI commands provide an alternate interface for configuring the end-user experience monitoring core components.The following topics describe the available CLI commands and how to access them.
Some configuration tasks for the Console and Performance Analytics Engine (PAE) components require you to use the CLI. Consult the following topics for details:
- date-command — Set date and time settings
- dnsparams-command — Set DNS parameters
- snmpconfig-command — Configure SNMP service
- syslogparams-command — Configure remote logging (syslog) service
