Some icons and images in the Console are not displayed as expected

Issue

When viewing the BMC Application Management Console in Internet Explorer, some icons and images are not displayed as expected.

Probable cause

Security configuration settings in Internet Explorer prevent some icons and images from loading as expected.

Resolution

You can adjust the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration to show the icons and images.

1. Close all open instances of Internet Explorer.
2. From the Start menu, search for and open Server Manager.
3. In Server Manager, select the root node, Server Manager (serverName), and locate the Server Summary > Security Information section
4. Click Configure IE ESC
5. In the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration dialog box, select Off  for Administrators and Users.
6. Click OK.

When you restart Internet Explorer and view the BMC Application Management Console, icons and images are displayed as expected.
