No color in the Net Time Spent by Nodes circle chart

Issue

No color appears in the Net Time Spent by Nodes circle chart on the Trace Details page.

Probable cause

If there is only one tier, and its duration equals zero milliseconds, the chart displays the color of that tier. However, when multiple tiers have a duration of zero milliseconds, no colors appear in the chart.

Link to Application Watchpoints is not displayed as expected

Issue

In Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers, the Application View notification in the BMC Application Management Console does not always display the hyperlink text correctly for applications without associated Application Watchpoints.

Probable cause

An upgraded or patched environment saves files in the browser cache.

Resolution

Clear the browser cache.
