Enabling and disabling bulk data export


Before you can use the bulk data export feature, a user with the Security role must enable it.

To enable bulk data export

  1. In Real User Analyzer, point to Administration > Security settings, and click Services.
  2. In the Data Export section, click Enable for Bulk data export.

To disable bulk data export

  1. In Real User Analyzer, point to Administration > Security settings, and click Services.
  2. In the Data Export section, click Enable for Bulk data export.

    The staging area shuts down and terminates all active exports. The collected data remains in the staging area. The system closes all data streams properly and adds a notification to the statistics file indicating that they are terminated because the bulk data export has been disabled.
