Application server metrics

The following tables list all of the metrics that you can monitor with BMC Application Diagnostics from application servers or databases. For many of the metrics, you can generate events (for information, see Application-server-events).

Metrics for application servers

You can view the behavior of the listed metrics for selected servers in either the Application View, the Application-Server-Metric-dashlet, or the Application Servers page.

Metrics are measured on Java servers or .NET servers, or are common to both platforms.

Metrics for databases

You can view the behavior of the listed metrics over time for selected databases in the Application View.
