Specifying a domain name suffix for an Analyzer

For the system to connect to external devices (for example, when you configure LDAP directory server settings), specify the host name of those devices. The system appends the name suffix to host names that you specify in the web interface. To perform this procedure, you must have Operator-level access, or higher.

  1. In the Real User Analyzer component, point to Administration > Integration, and then click Network identity.
  2. On the Action menu for the DNS section, click Edit.
  3. In the Domain name suffix box, enter the name suffix for your network appliances (for example, dnshost or example.com).
  4. Click OK.

    The system updates your settings.
