Viewing the update history in the Analyzer and Collector components


To perform this procedure, you must have Administrator-level access, or higher.

  1. In the Analyzer or Collector interface, point to Administration > Device status, and click Device update.
  2. In the Action menu, click View update history.

    The Update history window displays a log of update-related events, such as when the update files became available, when errors occurred, and when the update files were downloaded, and the user account that downloaded them.
