Upgrading

You can upgrade from version 1.3.x or version 2.0.x to version 2.5.

Important upgrade information

Before upgrading from version 1.3.x, you must first apply a hotfix. For information, see issue UC-1655 in the Installation and upgrade issues section of the Known and corrected issues.

BMC recommends that you update all BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring components by using the APM Console component and not by using the Analyzer or Collector component interface.
