Uninstalling Cloud Probe from Windows
If you experience issues during uninstalling the Cloud Probe from Windows, perform the following steps:
- Ensure the BMC Real User Cloud Probe service is up and running.
- Open the component details page in the Console and ensure the Cloud Probe instance is connected to the Real User Collector and marked green.
- Uninstall the Cloud Probe service.
- Ensure the BMC Real User Cloud Probe service is deleted.
If it has not been deleted, this means that the service is locked by the operating system. In this case, run the following command under Administrator account:
sc create "BMC Real User Cloud Probe Debug" binpath= "<customer
path>\cloud-collector.exe -A .\conf\epx_properties.conf -R -F --Pg"
path>\cloud-collector.exe -A .\conf\epx_properties.conf -R -F --Pg"
