The SaaS solution also delivers advanced integration with the Akamai Intelligent Platform, which provides you with additional insight into application performance as seen by end users, even when portions of an application are delivered using Akamai’s technology.

As a subscriber, your system maintenance operations are handled by the organization that provides the service, or provider. Your provider could be BMC Software or a managed service provider.  BMC Application Performance Management's multitenancy environment ensures that your company's data is secure and isolated from that of other tenant organizations. In this multitenant environment, your company is a tenant, and you are a tenant user.
