Deleting consumers

Deleting a consumer does not remove the user account to which it corresponds. To perform this procedure, you must have Security-level access. 

  1. In the BMC Application Performance Management Console, select System Administration > Customer Management.
  2. On the Customer Management page, select Delete Consumer from the corresponding menu, and confirm the deletion.
