Analyzing sessions and pages

The system enables you with an in-depth analysis of user sessions, pages, and objects, such as:

• Session timeline analysis — shows whether the user behavior contribute to the problem
• Page design analysis — shows whether the application design contribute to poor performance
• Root cause analysis — shows what is common about all the segments of the affected traffic

You can drill down to sessions or pages from the following part of the system:

• From the reports (by clicking the Browse Data button)
• From the Watchpoints
  
  Drilling down from the Watchpoints
  
• From the incidents
  
  Drilling down from the incidents
  
• From the dashlets
  
  Drilling down from the dashlets
  

From the Session Browser page, you can build, save, and run custom queries.

To explore data outside the system, export raw data into CSV format. Then – bring the data into Microsoft Excel (or another tool) for further analysis.
