Clearing the incident data


you can monitor the amount of the server disk space used by the incidents data on the Incident detection page.

When the used disk space is close to 100%, you must clean the disk to reserve free space for future incident data..

To free disk space, purge the incident data from the system. To know how much space each incident takes, see the Memory column in the incidents list.

To clear the incident data

  1. Open the Incident tab of the

  2. Select an option:
    • Clean all incident data — select the Purge all incident data on the Action menu and confirm deletion in a pop-up window. The disk space reserved for incident data is now totally free.
    • Clean the particular incident's data — select the Purge incident data on the shortcut menu for a particular incident. This option frees the space that was used by the incident (which was indicated in the Memory column).

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
