Setting the local time zone


The default system time zone is UTC-5:00 (Eastern Time in the Universal Coordinated Time system, or UTC). You can adjust the system clock for the system to display all the date and time selectors in your local time zone.

Note

Changing a component's time zone does not affect the time stamps of raw data.

To set the local time zone

  1. In the

    , point to Administration > Integration, and click Timekeeping (NTP and time zone).
  2. In the Time zone section, on the Action menu, click Edit.
  3. From the Select time zone list, select your time zone — for example, (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US, Canada), Tijuana.
  4. Click Save.

    The clock shows time in GMT-8:00 (Pacific Time) for both system components.
